PREGNANCY ALTAMEDICA 2017: 51.5%
The most frequent stage in which the embryos are transferred in our center is that of the Blastocyst, to allow the evaluation of the physiological and natural selection of the embryonic development.
Homologous Insemination BY AGE CLASSES
Heterologous Insemination
in
2017
we obtained
an important result of
62%
pregnancis during heterologous Insemination
by donor treatments.
CRYOPRESERVED EMBRYOS
Embryo cryopreservation is typically performed as a preventive measure of OHSS or when the endometrium is not considered optimal for embryo transfer.
Comparing the data of our pregnancy rates between embryo transfers deriving from cycles of vitrification and embryos deriving from fresh cycles, it appears that the percentage of pregnancy is superimposable (fresh ET 55%, ET cryopreserved 50%) and therefore the cryopreservation does not reduce the probability of success of the technique.
